About
I am a Postbacclaureate Fellow at the Center for Astropysics | Harvard & Smithsonian, were I am conducting research in deep learning applied to spectroscopic data from space-based atmospheric measurements. I have served as the CTO of the Center for Data and Artificial Intelligence At University of Concepción from 2021 to 2025.
In my penultimate year of Engineering, I won a fully-funded scholarship to hold my MSc. in Computer Science at UdeC. Pursuing this program, I was advised by Guillermo Cabrera-Vives and co-advised by Pavlos Protopapas. With their support, I was able to do my undergraduate honor research thesis (currently published at PASP), and my master thesis (honored with the Best Student Paper Award at Astroinformatics2019 conference).
In my spare time, I enjoy playing drums ❤️
